Approaching the seat deposit deadline, I was wondering if the programs are able to know if multiple deposits were made? Are schools able to see what other acceptance offers were made and which deposits were paid?

No, pay as many deposits as you want. You earned those acceptances.

Is is the financially responsible thing to do? Probably not, but if you can't decide which school to attend it will give you more time to decide before you need to make that selection.

Not until June, which is when they have instituted something similar to the AMCAS traffic day.

Can they see all acceptances offered or just the ones deposited for?

In June it’s just the seats that you have reserved. Essentially they don’t want someone holding onto multiple seats just for kicks and giggles. Right now you can hold (ie pay deposits) for as many as you want.
