Could someone explain UNECOM third year lottery process to me? Is it totally and completely random luck like an actual lottery or is there some student or faculty input in where you are placed? Thanks!

there was a thread on this over in the Osteo forum a few weeks ago so try a search. the concensus was that about 90% of people wind up where there want to be.
