"In the supplemental application you will be asked to list ALL the medical schools (osteopathic and allopathic) to which you have
applied in the past and/or are applying to this admissions cycle. Please list each school/college along with month/year of
application"

Do we really have to?
Will they know what schools we have applied to?
I have applied to 14 DO schools and 5 MD schools....D.O. is the top choice tho.

If it asks, then do it. No use in hiding it. If/when they interview you, just highlight the fact that DO is your top choice, and have reasons why. It's not a penalty to apply broadly to increase your chances of becoming a physician.

I asked the same question very recently.

Do it. It won't hurt you in the long run, and would be more detrimental to your application if you didn't and the school found out after you signed their form saying everything you entered is complete and accurate. Plus your conscience won't be as overbearing during your interview.
