Unecom secondary payment

Got an email confirming I am complete at UNECOM, but I haven't paid them yet. Anyone else having trouble paying uNECOM secondary thru the office of student accounts. I have been calling for 2 days but I keep getting the same automated message dated july 9th.

If I remember correctly, I think UNECOM did take a little while to cash my check, but it did eventually happen. I think if they have confirmed that you are complete, you're ok
