UNF DPT Pre-Req Changes

So UNF has changed their pre-requisite course requirements. If you go to their website, they now require biology 2 with lab. They also require an interview if selected as a top candidate. Does anyone know if these requirements are for the 2012-2013 application cycle. As a statement issued on their Facebook page from UNF DPT admissions:

"Changes to the admission requirements and deadline for fall 2013 (and probably beyond) have been officially approved. We will post the changes to the webpage and let you know here once that's done! Best of luck to next year's applicants!"

I am concerned about the changes because I have not taken biology 2 with lab and the application on PTCAS opens in a little less than 2 months from now. I have tried contacting the admissions department and have had no response yet. Any insight would be appreciated since the application pool opens in a few weeks!

It doesn't have to be specifically Biology 2. It can be any higher level biology, like Cell Biology, Micro, Zoology, ect... Have you taken any of those?

No, I haven't since it wasn't required. I have taken Pathophysiology, but i doubt that would suffice for biology. On their website it states "bio 2 with labs." Bio 2 is currently full for the fall semester, but there are labs open. I suppose I could see if they are open and e-mail the program to see if those would satisfy the requirement, especially since PTCAS is about to open in 6 weeks and the changes were just made as of this past Friday...

I am trying to arrange taking at a community college this summer. The only problem with that is that i have already arranged travel plans, work, etc. and this was really unexpected. It is my last pre-req to take. They have labs open for the fall but not lectures at UF, and since i took bio 1 at UF i really don't want to split up the sequence if i have to.
