Hi Pearlindia,i sent my application to University of Pittsburgh about a month ago but i haven't heatd from them so far.When are you doing to apply or you alredy did.

Mariya i haven't applied to the school yet but want to.they haven't specified what evaluation (ece/wes) they accept or if the want the applicants to be green card holders .do you have any idea about that?

I have a question regarding the recommendation letters to be sent to UPitt.
they have asked for recommendation letters which are sealed and bear the signatures of respective professors on the seal.I have my letters sealed by the college stamp but don't have the signatures of professors on the seal.anybody who has applied there please let me know about the recommendation letters.

Most of the universities in U.S accept recommendation letters which are in sealed envelopes only & bear the stamp n signature of the person who gave it; You might want to talk to the universities to get it sorted out.

Most of them accept notarized copies. But I second the opinion - to contact the schools before sending them 👍
