Would you guys recommend applying to med school with 3 years at a CCC and 4 quarters at an uppers tier UC. Assuming about 90 units of upper level coursework there?

Consider posting in the WAMC forum with GPA (at each institution), MCAT score (if available), and EC details. One of the stickies has details about what to include to get the best advice.
