Univ of Chicago Anesthesia

Has anyone heard anything about the anesthesia program at univ of Chicago? Someone told me that the chair left recently, leaving the program in shambles. I'm just wondering if this place is worth visiting...

Mike Roizen who was pretty famous guy left this past yr. as PD of U. of Chicago to take the Dean of Medical School job at NYU.

I'm sure the program is still good, but I definetly think him leaving was a blow.

I didn't apply there, but am sure it is a good program to grad. from. I'm sure u couldn't go wrong. I did hear they make u work A LOT!! That is never good to hear.
