Universities still taking DPT applications

Hi every body i would like to have the list of universities still receiving application to the entry-level DPT program for fall 2009 (with their application deadline)? I would prefer univesrsities whose application's is not part of the PTCAS.

Touro. Im not sure if they are 100% part of PTCAS now. I know for a while they were accepting both as they transitioned.
