Hi, I have an upward trend of GPA. 3.3 cGPA but 3.8 in my 3rd year.

Can someone tell me which universities in USA look at the best 2 years only, or strongly appreciate a good upward trend?

Thanks

Thought I heard that Wayne State looked heavily at the last year or so.

Pretty much every single one I think. No school is going to ignore a strong upward trend and almost every school gives more weight to 300/400 level classes.

I'm never going to do that DO thing. I'd rather get accepted when I'm 30 to a real scientifically-based MD program. No CAM which has been made seem legitimate by the lobbying of rich scamming companies, for me.
I bet your opinion will change after a couple unsuccessful app cycles, at respect the DO route.....

And just like that, you have lost any chance of anyone here giving you additional help.

What I was saying was true though. You'd rather administer bogus CAM treatments on patients, risking their lives for money? That's the bad thing. They should be getting scientifically-supported treatments instead of wasting their time (letting disease progress), money, and possibly experiencing a bad side effect. Really.

They don't actually do that or else they will get sued up the ass.

Chiropractry, Bee venom treatments, even Emu (yes, the bird) Oil are legal products and services. They always give the disclaimer that every person will react differently. They legally maneuver around it.

Again, no DO will actually do that. ****, chiropractry isn't even in the same degree. Also, YOU don't need to do that. You will receive all the medical training needed to be an "actual" doctor by your standards whether you're in a DO or MD program.

Then again, I don't really need to give you advice. Every single time you post a stupid question on these forums, you lash out at every one who tries to help you (yes, I recognize your name). I'll step out and watch this develop into a flame war now.

I don't think he's a troll since he's been legitimately trying to do the application process. He's just...really stupid.

There are currently debates as to whether MDs should be advocating/involved in alternative medicine. MDs are in no way "immune" to this witchcraft you accuse DOs of doing.

Wow. You are quite arrogant to call me that. If you read my post closely, you will see that when I mentioned Chiropractry, I was only giving a popular example of the CAM field as a whole, not specifically to DOs, obviously. Also, when have I ever lashed out? It is you who always lashes out at me (blatantly throwing insults) when I contribute to a normal discussion. If you don't want to be helpful, or can't handle a civilized discussion, then don't join one. Don't come into a thread and call someone an idiot because you disagree with him or her, it triggers your emotions, or you can't provide a counter-argument.

Also, when had I previously lashed out? It is you who always lashes out at me (calling me names here) when I contribute to a normal discussion. You really are a child and disrespectful to the integrity of this forum.
You're trying too hard.
