For those who applied and have interviewed at the University of Arkansas, have you gotten any acceptances, waitlists, or rejections to date?

I'm an out-of-stater with an interview there on Jan 12. I know this doesn't answer your question, but I wanted to know how the interview was? I haven't heard anyone accepted there yet.

To answer your question:

I arrived about 20 minutes early. We signed in and then we went to a little slideshow about the school. It lasted about an hour. Then, we went to our interviews. My interview lasted about an hour. I had a 4th year med student and a med school professor (a nephrologist). They asked me the basic questions (motivations, extracurricular, etc). The hardest question they asked was "what cell in the body would you be?" I had thought of what organ I would be, but not what cell.

Another student said that she got all ethical questions..but I think most people I talked to had a mixture of questions. Most had two interviewers, but some had only one. The interview was overall relaxed, though. After the interveiw (mine lasted about 50 minutes) we went on a short tour of the school. Hope that helps.

Well..the news is out...I've been waitlisted at the University of Arkansas.
