I recently turned in my application. I was wondering when did you turn in your app?

I did regular admissions and have an interview on Dec. 12th. My friend just had her interview on Friday (10/03) and I have a few friends that have theirs on Monday (10/06) they all did early admin.

Oh cool! What did they say about it? Where did they have theirs?

Where are you going to have your interview? Mine is on Dec 6th.

I live on the Big Island so I'll be having it on campus. They said it went well. Asked the typical questions. Essay question was "If you could keep one materialistic thing, what would it be?"

Ooo that question sounds fun. I will be having my interview in LA, since I live in California.
 
I have mine on 12/4 in Las Vegas! Very excited 🙂

Lol yes I was born and raised on Maui and moved to Hilo last year to finish my undergrads. Nice to meet you as well. Good luck with your interview!
 
I chose to interview in Vegas on Dec. 1. Anybody else doing an interview off campus?
 
My interview is tomorrow in the morning. I am very nervous and it is my first interview. I have gone over some typical questions and all but I feel like Im not ready in any way. I hope it goes well!
 
I submitted my pharmcas dec 8th and just received the email for the supplemental app today.

I received my acceptance letter today too via email! I interviewed on 12/6 in LA too! Are you going to be attending??

I am bad at interviews. I am so bad actually that I have completed 5 different interviews and no acceptance. Any suggestions of how to do well or even some questions to prepare for. Please and Thank you

Just wanted to say hi to everyone, I applied early desicion and got accepted back in october. I hadn't seen a thread of UH on here yet good to see that one is up and running

Sorry to hear but maybe it is still a good thing 🙂 I'm still waiting to hear something. I applied late but keeping my fingers crossed. Congrats to all who were accepted. Hopefully I will join you guys soon.
 
No interview offer for me +pity+ Application put on hold but I still have my hopes up.
 
Had my interview on 1/26 in LA. Just received an email for a second interview via Skype. I didn't even know they do second interview. Anyone know what it might be about? The email says it'll be 20-30min long.

i got accepted. just got an e-mail today. i am still deciding but most likely i'm going to Hawaii!
 
I got an acceptance email today too. Is there a facebook page for this class
 
Got until tmrow to pay my deposit but I think I will be giving up my seat.
 
For those who just got accepted, how soon after your interview did you hear back from Hilo?
 
Hey guys, I interviewed in LA at the end of January I think the 28th, got an acceptance letter less than a week later. Now faced faced with the decision to move from the east coast all the way to Hawaii for 4 years....

i'm a P4 graduating this may. randomly decided to check this thread out since i used it pretty heavily during pharm school apps back in 2010-2011. doesn't look too active but i'm excited for you guys! message me if you have questions as well.

I heard back after about 2 weeks. Interviewed Jan 26, emailed acceptance on 2/13. The letter was actually dated on 2/12 which is my bday! Best present EVER!
 
PM'd you, jillybeeean! Are there any other current pharmacy students from UH that would like to share their experiences? I'm considering applying but their website isn't really doing much justice for me.
 
Did anyone have a Skype interview during the week of June 23 - 26? I'm still waiting to hear back from Hilo.
