Hey Everyone,

I am trying to decide between three schools! I am OOS for all of them (I don't have a dental school in my state). I didn't receive any scholarships upfront from any of these schools. I am just wondering from current students and alum what they think of these schools and how they feel prepared in their education or not? I have heard University of Iowa is considered a top 10 dental school which I would assume means good things! UNMC has a small class size with a personal touch, and where I am from >90% of dentists graduated from Creighton and I heard they produce good clinicians.

I am not sure if I want to specialize or not if, but if I would it would be orthodontics. I just want a really good general education first! 🙂

Any other information on living, the cities, and anything else is useful as well!

Thanks for all the help!!

what is the total cost of attendance comparison?

what is the total cost of attendance comparison?
Factoring living, tuition, travel, books, everything-

All are comparable for tuition, living, and the rest at 500,000 or a little less. I don't think living will cost me as much as they set aside.

However I have heard that Creighton gives decent scholarships after the first semester and UNMC might as well. I have heard Iowa doesn't really do scholarships for OOS.
