The University of Kansas Department of Plastic Surgery would like to invite you to apply for our newly established diversity scholarship for away rotations. As we all know, away rotation is an important part of your plastic surgery residency application. It can also be a very costly endeavor, we created this scholarship in hope of alleviating some of the stress associated with pursing plastic surgery as a career. Please see the attached word documents for application and complete information. We ask you turn in your application 3 months before your desired month of rotation.
We also have a research fellowship aimed at first and second year medical students for summer research.
