Has anyone ever heard of Admissions Committees emailing housing information and contacts, vaccination information, etc. before formal acceptance, only to turn them down at the last minute?! I hope this isn't the case for me...

My girlfriend is just finishing acupuncture school, has a network already established, and while conflicted, definitely wants to move with me, but worried about her future career. I basically have another start of a career lined up here in Seattle if I don't get in, but really want to go to school.

Distraught...
