Just keep checking their wolverine access application status.
 
My mailing date was 7/2, but they forgot to change their app fee as $50 to $65, so Tracy (admissions person) told me she would mail it back to me. Thus, my app fee was re-sent sometime mid-july. Wolverine access account was sent to me on 7/28. they probably gave me that access a little after that deposited my check.
 
I got an e-mail from them on 7/28 as well and they told me I can check my status of my app on Wolverine Access 3 weeks from then(8/18).

Ah Thanks! I guess they will send me something very shortly then. (they received my money order last week).

Yes, they did indicate that. I believe that was to let you know that the change will actually be made then. I only went in to change my address information b/c they had entered it wrong..

look out for the 18th 🙂

Could you clarify what you mean by "change"? Sorry I just didn't understand what you meant. If you were talking about the app fee, I sent in the $65 at the end of June. From what I hear from one of my buddies who goes to D school at U of M, it is possible to hear back about interviews at that time.
 
Hey guys, I just got an email from Tracy that says I need to create an account at Michigan's website to check for status. I can't seem to find the webpage where I can start this process, can anyone help? Thanks so much
 
Are you guys all Michigan residents (or OOS, but in that region?), because they've already cashed my check a while ago but I still haven't received an email for Wolverine access.

Heh, I'm a Michigan resident...and I went to U of M for undergrad so I already have an account on Wolverine Access. It's a great school dental school, definitely a lot of research oppurtunities. I think they were no. 1 in funding last year from the NDICR(or whatever the equivalent is in NIH for dental)
 
Are we supposed to wait until contacted to create a Wolverine Access account? I haven't received a single email or anything from Michigan yet; they're the only school i haven't heard from.

I'm OOS (California). Got the email July 28th, mailing date July 9th
 
Does anyone, on their wolverine access, have "Not Received" on their material status under "view credentials" ???? (just appeared today)

Maybe they're just slow at updating this..? I wasn't expecting to see anything until this wednesday (18th). maybe they will upload again sometime this week?

Newp. Mine's been showing "received 8/12"... well, since 8/12, I presume. Mailing date 7/9
 
yea i see the same thing. my LORs were sent out on the 6th and I think it should have been processed by now. But under credentials it still shows as not received. So, I am thinking that UoM is just slow on updating the page... yea hopefully by wednesday it will change.
 
App status changed to "complete" 08/16. I guess it's go time?
 
I just got the email about the Wolverine Access thing a couple of days ago and my mailing date was 7/16, so it can definitely take a while...

EDIT: And they have NONE of my credentials updated, it even says my application fee has not been received... but they cashed it like 3 weeks ago *sigh* so slow

Yeah same here. It says app incomplete, and NONE of my credentials have been received, which i know isn't true b/c they cashed my check over a month ago.

Just checked mine, they got everything except one sci LOR. But I sent all of them to AADSAS and they should get them at the same time...🙁:scared:

Yeah for me, everything was in on 8/13, so we'll see....I guess starting tomorrow you can see if they changed the status of your app.

Received an email from Tracy Groves about how to check the status of your app online on 7/28
Just today (8/17), my "application status" was complete on wolverine access. before today, it was listed as "incomplete"

So i think it does take a while (the email said about 3 weeks from when you receive the email).. and i think you have to wait until you receive the email to create the wolverineaccess account.
 
Mine was still "not received" so I contacted Tracy and she has updated mine to "received 8/18/10". I guess there are just too many applications to go through that it's hard to make things happen on time. she was super fast with the response though! got a reply back within like 15 minutes!
 
AADSAS mailing date: 7/2
received wolverine access email: 7/28
Credentials received: 8/18

Tracy emailed me back again saying "I went one step further and printed off your new DAT scores because your application is close to review."


this was b/c my second AADSAS mailing date for my new DAT scores: 8/20/10. love how she's keeping everything ahead of time!
(DAT taken: 7/26/10, faxed unofficial report: 7/27/10)


whoever has the same mailing date as me, we'll be hearing something soon 🙂 as long as you faxed the unofficial copy!
 
so i just received access yesterday and i was asked to wait three weeks, is there supposed to be things that say incomplete or anything anywhere that will change in three weeks? im looking everywhere and all i see is "application is incomplete" under application status but when i click view credentials nothing is listed under materials/material status....should there be something there or will it all show up in three weeks?
 
I haven't heard anything from Michigan yet. My mailing date was 7/23. Hopefully soon. 🙂
 
mine said incomplete until the 3 weeks was up. i recently checked and now it says "app complete" ..but i did have to wait the 3 weeks.

does anyone know if there will be a secondary for mich? i know there has been in the past.. just wondering!
 
so under my app credentials it says that the recommendation letter (non science) was not received.. and yet it says that my app is complete.. wtf? should i email the office about this?
 
if you sent your non-science in and think they should have it, i would email... it seems like that's a mistake or they have everything but that.

there wasn't a secondary last year so i guess not but then again the wolverine access thing is new so who knows
