First of all I forgot all of my details for my previous account so I had to make a new one (hence my first post).

I was just wondering if anyone can give me a few tips on how to fill out the Waterloo Pharmacy application form. I applied last year (but did not get an invitation) so I was hoping I can get a few pointers so at least I have a better chance on applying this year.
