University vs. Community based?

Hi,

I looked up at FREIDA website and they don't have any information on these programs, so I would like to know that the psychiatry residency programs at the following are University based or Community based?


1) SUNY Downstate Medical Center psych program (Brooklyn, NY)

2) LSU-Our Lady of the Lake Psychiatry Residency (Baton Rouge, LA)

3) University of Tennessee psych program (Memphis, TN)

not even sure what the real 'difference' is(yes i know what the technical difference is). The UT-memphis program is a university program though with some community sites.

Downstate is "university based".
