Unmatch residency program

Is it possible like, getting into a full residency program unpaid i.e without a match? (with good usmle 1&2 scores + step3)
I am a US citizen IMG, and planning to do radiology. I am not rich, but I have a private sponsor.
If yes, what will the department take in consideration, terms....etc.
What are the advantages/disadvantages from this residency?
And does this apply on the fellowship too?

Technically, this is an RRC violation, designed to prevent resident abuse.

Good post by Winged Scapula above.

Basically this is discouraged because you're basically trying to "buy" your way into a spot that doesn't yet exist. It's almost like a bribe.
