So i like to do photography as a hobby. Where in my application can i mention that? In addition i know medical schools like to see leadership positions. I did have a job where i needed to train new recruits, but for the past few years i needed to take care of my younger brother since my mother pasted away when i started undergrad. I know it isn't like an "official" leadership position, but will medical schools look at that as a sort of leadership position?

You can talk about hobbies in the activities section. You can list training new recruits as leadership. I would not list personal experiences.

As stated above, you can list the personal thing in your personal statement. How old is he, and are you his guardian now? You could probably also mention it in an adversity essay, as becoming a legal guardian of your sibling after your mother passes away certainly is adversity.
