Is anyone else having issues with profs. who aren't letting you make up assignments/quizzes that were administered while you were at an interview?

did you talk to them BEFORE you had your interview? they probably would have made arrangements for you to take the quiz early if you had done that...

after the fact, i don't think it's the professor being unsympathetic...

My professor didnt allow me to take make-ups even though I asked him during the first day of class. He also drops the lowest midterm(day of interview), so I guess I'll have to ace the other exams.

yep. had to change my class to pass/fail as a result of it.

That class is required for my major though. I will do well on my exams. I just need to stop slacking off ^_^ I'm still pooped from spending my whole summer studying for the DAT.

So far I've managed to arrange for the interviews so that they don't conflict with anything major. I think for most schools, the dates are rather flexible to some degree. As for the work load that just builds up while you're out, there's nothing much you can do, right?
