Until When Does Each D.O. School Interview?

I e-mailed the D.O. schools that I was applying to about until when they interview and only a few wrote back. If anyone could add anything, it would be appreciated. This is what I have so far:

Edward Via Virginia: April 30
West Virginia: April 30
Philadelphia: March 31
Nova Southeastern University: March 31
Pikeville: ?
University of New England: ?
New York: ?
Kansas City: ?
Arizona: ?
