Sorry for the confusion. After my online BA, I took science courses at a four-year institution as part of their extension program. This university had a program for premeds and other science majors to take upper class level science classes without being a full-time student. Kind of like taking my science classes at a CC, but the transcript is from a four-year. Like I said, unusual transcript

He's saying he did a post-bac at a four year for his premed courses after graduating from an online university.
I suggest finding a premed councelor rather than seeking advice on your transcript here. I think they may be better able to give you an idea as to the adversity or lack there of that you may face in the application process.

Actually I would just call a few medical schools you are interested in and ask them.
