Don't really know what is in stored for me. Been hearing this for a long time.
Wish I could know on what criteria they Decide, may be I could improve on that. But they won't let you know.

stats doesnt mattar, stats help you get invited for the interview, then it is the interview itself.
it is the end of the day, I wish we know what is going on!!

i agree with dental2009, on the day of interview, everyone is rated equal at the day start, the difference comes according to wat you do on interview

No body needs to tell that, it is common sence, if they dont feel comfortable toward somebody, so they dont care if he/she got a good hand skills.
