I noticed that there are a few people on SDN gave up their seat at Michigan. However, when I called Tracy, she told me that no one gave up their seat so far and there is still no movement on the wait list for this year. I wonder whether anyone on the wait list get accepted at UOM or hear any news from them. Thanks
