UOP accepted stats

hey you lucky people going to UOP,

UOP is my first choice and i know that they say 20s on all dat sections and 3.3 gpa...just wondering what the real people got...ive been talking to dr. yarboro for a while and he says that my scores are pretty good...thanks in advance and congrats on getting into such a great school

"I got some interesting stats via an email the dean sent out to the school:

· The University of the Pacific continues to be the top feeder school for the School of Dentistry. 31 offers were made to the University of the Pacific students. This compares to the next highest offers which were made to 13 students from Brigham Young University, and 13 from Arizona State University.

· The Class of 2008 was selected from 2,581 candidates. This is a 15.4 percent increase over last year. We will probably be accepting 138 students into the DDS Class of 2008.

· The academic average for the Class of 2008 will be in the 94th percentile; perceptual ability in the 91st percentile; biology at the 94th percentile; total science at the 95th percentile."
