UOP-Degree requirements

Guys,
Does anyone know if someone was able to get into Pacific without the final degree. In India god only knows when we get the degree. All I have are the transcripts and the provisional certificates. Is that good enough to apply?

i was not considered at NYU because of the same problem last time... really don't have any idea about UOP or other califonia colleges ... does having provisional degree bars u from being considered at california colleges ?? some one out here who been to same situation plz share here..... any suggestion from moderators??
