UOP Interview Essay

Hi everyone, I got an interview for UOP. When I called them to confirm the interview they metioned that there is some sort of essay that we have to write. I didn't see any essay prompts in the interview confirmation letter, so im confused. are we writing an essay before the interview or on the day of interview?
