UoP interview scheduling

Hey guys, I just needed some quick advice regarding the UoP interview I recently got. I am scheduled for April 8th. I seriously want to go to this school specifically, and I am wondering if anyone has ever had success calling the school and asking if they have any earlier dates available due to cancellations or other circumstances. I am a little hesitant to call because I don't want to be an annoyance, and because I feel that there probably aren't many circumstances where people would cancel an interview at UoP. Has anyone ever been able to reschedule at UoP? Do you think it would be ok for me to call? Also, for those who interviewed... how long did it take for the confirmation email to be sent to you? Thanks in advance for any help!

Just call man. They're not going to be mad about someone who is enthusiastic about getting in, think about it. Worst case (and likely really), they say there's nothing they can do and good luck.
