Once the committee puts your file in review, does it really take 4-8 weeks to evaluate it and find out if you got an interview? (if you check the website daily as i do???????)

Yeah i paid up the app fee, just wondering how soon after they put the file on "review" people got responses.

do a search here and type in UOP
you will see a thread that is something like "attention UOP applicants"
click on that and click on the link on the first thread.
it will lead you to an UOP website to check your status.

I think what snarlytooth means is that once your file is in review, how long has it taken for others to get a notification of an interview? I have the same question, my application has been in review for several weeks now and I was wondering if this is because I am a bad applicant or because it takes this long to review.

I filed application on 8/19/2003 with AADSAS
UOP received it on 9/26/2003.
Heard from UOP on 10/6/2003
Interview on 11/13/2003 (My choice of day). They gave me
a few days to pick around that week.
