What’s my chances? What tier programs are realistic for me? How much does going to a low tier MD program restrict me? Any additional tips would be appreciated also Thanks!

Solid chances of matching. Probably will be hard for some of the top top programs like Iowa, bascom, mass eye but I think you’ll definitely match.

I’d do an away at one reach place and work hard!
