Update Professional Experience AADSAS

I have already submitted my AADSAS application in June. I have started doing some additional shadowing that I had not originally planned in July. Is there any way to update that in the professional experience section of the application?

Or is it common to send letters to the schools to which I applied, updating my shadowing?

No, you may not update it.

You may send letters to those school who accept them, not all will.
