I have already submitted my application and just received some grades from classes I took this summer. Where do I send my updated transcript? Also, do I need to attach some kind of transcript request form?

AMCAS won't update grades after your application has been accepted. So you should contact the schools individually and see what they want you to do.

Some of them might tell you that one or two classes isn't significant enough to warrant sending an updated transcript.

If you send an updated transcript, make sure you send it directly to the school, not to AMCAS.

AMCAS does not allow Upcoming grades that are received after initial verification. The only grade changes they allow are those that are actually input in error or changed after they verified.
