At what time are updates on residency applications still useful. Updates include step 2 scores, publications, etc. Is it as close to a week for rank lists are due or should they be in sooner to make any difference?

At what time are updates on residency applications still useful. Updates include step 2 scores, publications, etc. Is it as close to a week for rank lists are due or should they be in sooner to make any difference?

Depends on when the program meets to finalize their rank lists and whether or not the additional information really changes the application.

It doesn't hurt to send it in but for the best chance for it to make any difference, earlier would be better.
