So I am hoping to send my application ASAP, but I have 3 classes I am taking over this summer while studying for MCAT.

Summer 1 session I am taking a Disease and Society course (easy 4.0) and also Microbio (not so easy 4.0 haha). Summer 2 session I am taking a Psychology course (pretty easy 4.0).

My question is - will I be able to update my app with these scores/do I have to send a new transcript in?

You will have to update from September-October. You will send a new transcript. Or you can wait and apply then after your MCAT and grades. Up to you.

Shouldn't I get app in early as possible even though I will have to update with those 3 new classes and August MCAT?

You won't update til September anyway when you can and when your MCAT is done with. DO cycle is longer.
