I just received news our paper was accepted to the
Archives of Ophthalmology. 😀

I had already sent in my application, and indicated that the paper had been submitted.
Is there a way to update my application?

When you interview, bring an updated CV to each program. You could also send an updated CV before interviewing but make sure that they each program will accept it.
