When do we get the opportunity to update on senior year courses? I have already changed my mind on one or two classes that I put in my submitted primary application in the future courses section.

no. dont worry about it too much. just make sure you stick to it as much as you can. adcoms know things change and the schedule you submit isn't binding. it will come up in interviews but you'll be fine with a "i couldn't make it fit" or "it wasn't being offered anymore" excuse
