Updating LORs for individual schools?

quick question.

so, I currently have 3 letters of rec on my AMCAS (verified mid-june), but after realizing that many schools require two classroom professors, i added another letter from a new professor. however, a lot of these schools already have sent me secondaries and have my original 3 letters listed on their secondary app site. do i need to do anything here? or should they get the update from AMCAS?

they should get the update. if anything, put on your secondary that additional letters have been added to your amcas file.
