updating programs

Happy holidays everyone.

Question for you: If I have some new publications, what's the best way to send an update to programs?

1. Give them an updated list at my interview (then do I give it to the coordinator, the PD?)
2. Email the publication list to the PD before the rank
3. Email the coordinator before the rank

Thoughts on this?

If you have not yet interviewed, then bring the info with you to the interview.

If you have already interviewed, email the PD.
