Updating schools on schedule changes

So I have to change my schedule for the fall semester, should I update all teh schools that I will be taking a couple different classes then I indicated on the AMCAS application. I know for Emory's secondary they said tell us your schedule for the entire year, and I contacted them and they said to email them the new classes I would be taking. Should I do it for the other schools cause I believe Emory is the only one that asked about my senior year classes? Also should it be in email or type-written?
