Updating schools on schedule changes

Are we supposed to send schools updates on schedule changes, even if they don't involve required coursework for the school?

For instance, instead of taking a particular course I'm TAing for another. Do I need to tell the schools about this?

I don't think so. Unless it contributes to (or takes away from) your app, I wouldn't bother.
