Hi! Those of you that received an invitation from Upenn, and you have to send back a Lunch Request Form, once you do that, did they send you another confirmation letter or email? Just wanted to make sure, since I haven't received any confirmation. Thanks!

I faxed the form to them, and next day I called them to confirm.
