I heard there are dual specialty programs in Upenn
ortho/perio, periodontal prosthesis.
On the website I read that graduates in ortho/perio program are board eligible in both periodontics and orthodontics.
However I coudn't find sentences like above in explanation about periodontal prosthesis program.

What is periodontal prosthesis program?
Is this just a certification program?
graduates in periodontal prosthesis are board eligible?
It is a very long program, 4yrs.

Its where they teach the perio residents to actually do something useful like make crowns/bridges/dentures, or COMPLETELY forget any resemblence of dental training and bend some wires to straighten teeth...
