The website mentions it, but the link to it is no where to be found. Is it available? If so, where can I find it?

I was looking for it too and could only find what wigglytooth posted. Has anyone tried calling them?
 
I called them earlier today

they said the link will be up by the end of May
 
pretty sure last year the link went up a little later than they said it would...so don't freak out
