I just been waitlisted for UPenn. Do you guys know anything about the waitlist, do I have a chance or not? I don't know if i should keep my hopes up??

I don't know how fast their waitlist moves. I do know that they tend to string out the application process well into spring. If enough people turn them down after an offer of acceptance is sent then it might move quickly. Hang in there!
