I asked those questions a couple weeks ago when I was working on my supplementary app for UPenn.
I didn't really get any good response from people so I went to their website.

I think the whole point of UPENN asking you is for you to learn more about their school through reading and researching about it. Pretty much all dental schools will ask you "why [my] school?" So get used to scanning through their websites! Good luck!
