Uploading a LOR after October 1st

Do programs actually read LORS that have been uploaded to ERAS later in the application cycle and reassess applicants? I just submitted a LOR, i'm wondering if it will even make a difference? thoughts?

What if we submitted 4 letters, the program 'downloads' them, and then we send a fifth letter in place of one of the original 4. Do you see all the letters?

You can't do that. Once you submit 4 letters, you can't replace anything. That's a change to ERAS that happened last year.
