Uploading images from CDP

I am trying to upload a few screenshots from CDP onto here but when I crop the size to 400x400 the image comes out very unclear. Any advice? 😕

You can upload it to http://tinypic.com/ and then post the link here. I don't think you even need to make an account with them.
