Uploading LOR after submission

I know this can be done, but is there anything I need to do before I submit if I plan on adding letters later? Should I still "create" the letter in AMCAS even if I don't currently have the letter and then have it delivered through interfolio later? Can I create, say, 5 entries, have 3 fulfilled through interfolio before submission and then have the other two sent in a second delivery after submission?
