UPMC DVD/Cd course for Writtens

I got a brochure in the mail for the UPMC (Univ of Pittsburgh) Anesthesiology Baord Review Course (for writtens)...they have DVD's and CD's of lectures. Has anyone used this? It also seems quite costly ($1000 for the CD's, $1200 for the DVD's). Just wondering if anyone can give me their opinions on these courses.

Also, any opinions on the MedText keywords and questions. Are they helpful?

Never used UPMC material -- seems too costly to me.

I liked the Medtext questions and explanations.
